The Design Concept is a fantastic way to get a complete, professionally designed space that’s ready to be executed with a faster turnaround time than the Full Design Package.
Tailored to your own needs, the Design Concept will include all the priority selections, specifications and purchasing details needed for your home project.
This package includes:
Site Visit to take measurements, with the option to meet with a GC to discuss structural elements.
One (1) Floor Plan
One (1) Design Concept
Shopping List with clickable links to the items we suggest.
Implementation tips and recommendations for contractors.
One (1) Round of Revisions of up to three (3) items for a Single Room Design Concept and up to five (5) items for an Open Floor Plan Design Concept.
INVESTMENT:
$5000 - Single Room Design Concept
$7500 - Open Floor Plan Design Concept
Each Design Concept package is created on a per-room basis, with an option for a single room design concept (i.e: bedroom, dining room, bathroom, etc.) or an open floor plan design concept (i.e: a combination of two attached rooms, like a living + dining room combination)
Once we complete this package, and if you need additional help, we could continue the design work on an hourly basis based on your priorities and at your own pace!
NOTE: If you would like to access designer-exclusive or custom pieces, we offer an ADD-ON option to this package that would let us order and deliver unique, fabulous pieces for your space! Just select this option when scheduling your package and we are ready to go.
